Alexandria Criminal Court Renewed the Detention of Mohamed Ramadan 45 Days in the “Yellow vests” Case

A Lawyer of the Egyptian Commission for Rights and Freedoms said that the Alexandria Criminal Court decided today, Wednesday, to renew the detention of lawyer Mohamed Ramadan for another 45 days.

This came on the background of Ramadan’s accusation in Elmontazah1 administrative case No. 1657 of 2018, known as the “yellow vests” case.

In the case, Mohamed Ramadan faces charges of joining a terrorist group, knowing its aims, and spreading false news.
