ECRF believes that defending human rights is within the reach of every citizen active in his or her local community. By employing its capabilities in a group with the help and guidance of experienced persons, he can advocate for victims of human rights violations, whether civil, political, economic, social or cultural.
This will alleviate the suffering of the victims, enhance the sense of citizenship and increase the participation of society in the human rights and development work.It also creates a supportive public for human rights demands to rectify state policies, laws, practices, and community behaviors
